At Insólito restaurant, Brazilian products gain flavor and a French touch from chef Rocha, who has worked at 66 Bistro and Zozô (Rio), Trapiche Adelaide (Salvador) and La Palette (Campinas). This French-Brazilian cuisine focuses mainly on seafood and is open to the public, when reserved in advance.
The restaurant has a large fresco painting by Dominique Jardy, inspired by Iemanjá, and the guests are welcomed by individual maítres at the table – small fish in bottles, who suggest the dish of the day.
